Requirements

Minimum of 6 months of experience in a meat processing/manufacturing environment
Lead, supervision, or managerial experience preferred
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork
Must be able to read invoices, packing slips, records of materials, etc
Ability to work in warm or cold temperatures, wet, or humid conditions
Ability to walk, bend, stand, and lift up to 70 pounds frequently

Responsibilities

Provide guidance and ensure compliance with management directives to Team Members in the Debone/IQF Area
Assist, train, and encourage Team Members in their area of responsibility
Set up line(s) for production and perform any other duties assigned by Management
Complete each job in the Debone/IQF Area
Manifest product, make labels for skids/product, and verify inventories
Complete various log sheets
Maintain and promote the Tyson safety culture
Receive training as required and perform various positions as required/assigned
