Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a meat processing/manufacturing environment
  • Lead, supervision, or managerial experience preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork
  • Must be able to read invoices, packing slips, records of materials, etc
  • Ability to work in warm or cold temperatures, wet, or humid conditions
  • Ability to walk, bend, stand, and lift up to 70 pounds frequently

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and ensure compliance with management directives to Team Members in the Debone/IQF Area
  • Assist, train, and encourage Team Members in their area of responsibility
  • Set up line(s) for production and perform any other duties assigned by Management
  • Complete each job in the Debone/IQF Area
  • Manifest product, make labels for skids/product, and verify inventories
  • Complete various log sheets
  • Maintain and promote the Tyson safety culture
  • Receive training as required and perform various positions as required/assigned
