Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers and design technicians
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior-level engineers and team members for professional development
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment
Serve as project manager for INDOT and local agency roadway design projects
Oversee and participate in project execution from initiation to completion
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Perform quality checks on work performed by project team members
Provide leadership in planning, design, and execution of major projects
Prepare project documents and designs, conduct analyses, interpret data, and coordinate engineering work
Review and approve project deliverables, including drawings and specifications
Serve as a technical expert in Roadway design

Maintain and enhance client relationships, ensuring high service levels, communication, and satisfaction
Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and business development
Prepare proposals and/or funding applications
