Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the PEO industry. Experience with Prism HR and knowledge of multistate laws and compensation are required.
The Risk Payroll Analyst will process and administer Worker’s Compensation claims under the PEO framework, acting as the primary point of contact for claims-related inquiries. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations, collaborating with insurance carriers and legal teams, notating claim files, preparing reports, setting up clients and configuring positions in PrismHR, correcting payroll errors, and working closely with payroll, benefits, and tax teams. The analyst will also continuously assess and improve the claims administration process.
