Ensure high quality customer experience through customer-centric mindset and ownership of risk mitigation in compliance with regulations and policies for timely transaction delivery
Support operations with strong processes for risk management and governance on fraud prevention and control
Be a role model of Remitly's cultural values and enhance the customer journey
