  • Demonstrated history of handling a significant caseload of desk-based SIU files from initial referral to final disposition
  • Expertise in using investigative databases and digital tools (e.g., LexisNexis, Thomson Reuters CLEAR, social media analytics platforms) to uncover and verify information
  • Deep understanding of P&C insurance policies, complex claims handling processes, and state-specific fraud regulations
  • Experience investigating specific or complex fraud types, such as organized medical fraud rings, staged accidents, or large loss property fraud

Responsibilities

  • Author clear, concise, and detailed narrative reports that logically present investigative findings, synthesize digital evidence, and provide a well-supported recommendation on auto insurance claims to help develop internal tooling
  • Conduct sophisticated digital investigations using a suite of third-party data sources
  • Synthesize disparate data points from claim files, policy documents, and digital evidence to uncover hidden connections and validate fraud indicators
