Requirements

  • At least three years of relevant professional experience in proposal production, project coordination, and/or subject matter expertise with Benefitfocus products
  • General software industry experience
  • Project coordination experience
  • Strong writing and copyediting skills
  • Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in the benefits administration software industry strongly preferred
  • Experience with Loopio, RFP360, or other RFx Knowledgebase software preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or related areas preferred
  • Professional certifications in proposal and/or project management preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to author, edit, and produce detailed RFP, RFI, and security questionnaire responses within required deadlines
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Closely partner with Sales Executives, Solutions Engineers, Product, and Corporate Counsel to tailor RFx content based on deal win themes, technical scope, and compliance requirements
  • Run internal deal team meetings and presentations regarding each RFx’s schedule, strategy, and status
  • Support maintenance and updates of specialized RFP knowledgebase in designated technical areas (e.g., Cybersecurity, Service Centers, Enrollment, etc.)
