Responsibilities

  • Manage the development of RFx & VSQ responses for the GTM team
  • Develop and maintain standard response content used by the RFx team as well as other GTM team members to accelerate response generation
  • Organize and coordinate subject matter experts for responses when needed
  • Execute support request and bid qualification processes in alignment with GTM leadership to scale the function and ensure optimal allocation of resources to maximize impact to Ironclad business goals
  • Maintain proposal and content management tools in collaboration with GTM operations team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the RFx process through the adoption of new tools and technologies as needed
