Responsibilities

Manage the development of RFx & VSQ responses for the GTM team
Develop and maintain standard response content used by the RFx team as well as other GTM team members to accelerate response generation
Organize and coordinate subject matter experts for responses when needed
Execute support request and bid qualification processes in alignment with GTM leadership to scale the function and ensure optimal allocation of resources to maximize impact to Ironclad business goals
Maintain proposal and content management tools in collaboration with GTM operations team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the RFx process through the adoption of new tools and technologies as needed
