  • Experience collaborating daily with engineering to prioritize high-impact work, ensure feasibility, and drive timely delivery
  • Ability to build, refine, and optimize systems for customer lifecycle visibility, activation/upsell/expansion, billing/pricing/packaging, and process automation
  • Skills in measuring impact through metrics like team efficiency, time-to-insight, automation, ARR, ARPU, expansion, and retention
  • Strong cross-functional alignment and communication skills with stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for internal, revenue-driving initiatives, focusing on building tools, processes, and platform enhancements that make Cents more efficient, more scalable, and more effective at driving ARR and ARPU
  • Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Leadership to understand operational gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities that hinder revenue growth or internal productivity
  • Conduct targeted product discovery with internal teams to deeply understand internal workflows, system dependencies, pain points, and opportunities for automation or optimization
  • Work with Design to create intuitive internal-facing interfaces, workflows, and tools that increase adoption, improve onboarding, accelerate revenue-driving activities, and drive transparency across teams
  • Translate internal business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories for the engineering team (a mix of in-house leads and full-time overseas developers)
  • Collaborate daily with engineering to prioritize the highest-impact work, ensure feasibility, and drive timely delivery of internal tools and platform capabilities
  • Build, refine, and optimize systems that enable teams to: improve customer lifecycle visibility; increase activation, upsell, and expansion opportunities; strengthen billing, pricing, and packaging workflows; automate manual or fragmented internal processes
  • Measure the impact of your work by tracking improvements in team efficiency, time-to-insight, automation, and revenue metrics (ARR, ARPU, expansion, retention, etc.)
