Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area such as Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar (preferred)
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Superior spoken and written communication skills; articulate and professional
  • 2+ years of proven success in a sales support or data analysis role (preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (required); Power BI (preferred)
  • Experience with CRM such as Salesforce.com (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Own, monitor and evolve the sales process
  • Scale processes across different teams and businesses
  • Review Salesforce.com data records to assist sales team members
  • Assist with forecast reporting and insights to support sales leaders
  • Assist Sales team by creating regular and ad hoc complex reports via Excel, PowerBI, Salesforce, and other reporting systems
  • Work with Sales to ensure all required data is included on contract requests to Legal
  • Review and update processes
  • Work directly with Sales team members supporting all aspects of the sales cycle
  • Interact closely with Legal, Marketing and other departments throughout the sales process
  • Monitor and review progress with the Sales team, tracking various sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities
  • Help enable revenue teams throughout the sales cycle
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support the sales cycle, increasing efficiency and accuracy by addressing data and process improvements
