Responsibilities

  • Support the Revenue Operations Enablement Team as well as key revenue-generating stakeholders in administrative areas including, but not limited to standardized reporting, license governance, tool expertise, troubleshooting/testing and training support
  • Maintain a standard reporting cadence showcasing Return On Investment for an evolving enablement tech stack
  • Establish a License Governance model; serve as the authority on ZYLO for license management
  • Possess a discerning eye for detail, applied to vendor contract renewals
  • Collaborate with teammates in maintaining regular discovery and development, ensuring enablement tools are perpetually evolving
