Successful candidates will obtain Series 65 registration within 60 days of employment and be proficient in Microsoft Office, presentation software (Go To Webinar, Teams, Zoom), and Canva. The role requires daily on-site work with potential flexibility after six months, demonstrated reliability, strong presentation skills adaptable to various audiences, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. Authorization to work in the United States is mandatory.

Responsibilities

The Retirement Plan Education Advisor will deliver 401(k) plan and financial wellness education to retirement plan participants, developing and implementing tailored education strategies and engagement plans. Responsibilities include leading client discussions, conducting participant education meetings (in-person and virtual), creating educational content, managing web-based engagement platforms, and providing participant support via phone and email. The advisor will collaborate with Retirement Plan Advisors, track tasks and outcomes in Salesforce, and coordinate local travel for client meetings.
