Requirements

  • Enthusiastic valuer with potential for career growth
  • Ability to provide detailed valuation advice across retail properties (shopping centres, supermarkets, large format retail centres, CBD assets)
  • Experience or capability in collecting and analyzing sales and leasing evidence
  • Proficiency in completing cash flow models
  • Ability to deliver timely and accurate valuation and advisory reports
  • Capability to assess current market values for properties
  • Ability to extract and appropriately analyze comparable sales evidence
  • English language proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Attend client and industry functions to interact with clients and gain market and business knowledge
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients
  • Work collaboratively with other Colliers’ divisions by seeking and referring opportunities
  • Support the National Director through achievement of individual revenue budget
