Responsibilities

Achieve assigned monthly sales goals (individual contribution to total monthly store goal)
Coach and develop Style Advisors in selling tactics, tools, and understanding key business metrics
Ensure an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and Equinox
Maintain knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs, and products
Uphold all loss prevention and inventory management policies consistently and ensure team adherence
Ensure comprehension of all communication and training materials and timely/accurate completion of operational tasks
Assist Regional, District, or Area Shop Manager with hiring, training, coaching, and development of Shop staff
Assist with scheduling and shift coverage
Ensure The Shop and staff reflect company brand standards through merchandising, marketing, and dress code adherence
Enforce and maintain excellent housekeeping and organizational standards on sales floors, cash wraps, and stockrooms
Take direction from Regional, District, or Area Shop Manager and Assistant Manager on business strategy and action plans for maximum productivity and compliance
Build effective relationships and partnerships with fellow employees, colleagues, supervisors, and clients
Maintain working knowledge of happenings and standards outside The Shop to encourage camaraderie and team spirit
Comply with and enforce all company policies and procedures
