Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly sales goals (individual contribution to total monthly store goal)
- Coach and develop Style Advisors in selling tactics, tools, and understanding key business metrics
- Ensure an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and Equinox
- Understand and uphold all loss prevention and inventory management policies consistently, ensuring team adherence
- Ensure personal and team comprehension of all communication and training materials, with timely/accurate completion of operational tasks
- Assist Regional, District, or Area Shop Manager with hiring, training, coaching, and development of Shop staff
- Assist Regional, District, or Area Shop Manager with scheduling and shift coverage
- Ensure The Shop and staff reflect company brand standards through proper merchandising, marketing, and adherence to dress code
- Enforce and maintain excellent housekeeping and organizational standards on sales floors, cash wraps, and stockrooms
- Build effective relationships and partnerships with employees, colleagues, supervisors, and clients
- Maintain working knowledge of happenings in other departments to encourage camaraderie and team spirit
- Comply with and enforce all company policies and procedures
