Responsibilities

The Retail Service Associate will provide strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology, especially company products and services, serving as a go-to resource for the store team. They will greet customers, ensure timely connections to sales consultants, and demonstrate company technology to new customers. Additionally, they will maintain the sales floor and back of store, check and inspect inventory, assist with receiving and stocking inventory, conduct weekly cycle counts, suggest process improvements, and adapt to store management priorities while demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
