Responsibilities

  • Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers, taking them to fitting rooms, sorting, and returning clothing to the floor (Sales/Cashier)
  • Motivate and inspire others to adopt initiatives such as the Nordstrom Rewards program (Sales/Cashier)
  • Keep stockrooms organized and complete all inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed (Sales/Cashier)
  • Work with the team to ensure the sales floor stays "runway ready" through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day (Sales/Cashier)
  • Assist customers with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly experience (Sales/Cashier)
  • Receive, unload freight, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments (Stock/Fulfillment)
  • Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards (Stock/Fulfillment)
  • Prepare and ship customer orders following quality, packing, and shipping standards (Stock/Fulfillment)
  • Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes (Stock/Fulfillment)
  • Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms (Stock/Fulfillment)
  • Provide general support to the store, e.g., set up special events, organize backroom, markdowns, and relocate store fixtures (Stock/Fulfillment)
