Requirements

Prior experience in a customer facing setting is required, fashion brands are a plus
Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred
Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating systems of either Android 8.1 or later OR Apple iOS 13.4 or later
Customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude
Being tech savvy is desirable
Available to work the specified shift pattern: 1.5 hours Monday, 1.5 hours Wednesday, 1.5 hours Friday (4.5 hours per week total) in Kilkenny, with potential travel to different stores within the zone
Available to start as soon as possible and no leave authorised in December due to busy Christmas period

Responsibilities

Provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within retail stores
Merchandise product to visual merchandising guidelines
Put out deliveries of new stock
Maintain housekeeping standards
Set up promotional activities
Work with host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales
Use apps for smooth operations, working alongside a Team Leader for coaching and support
Complete full shifts during store opening hours (flexible start/finish times)
