Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer facing setting is required, fashion brands are a plus
  • Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred
  • Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating systems of either Android 8.1 or later OR Apple iOS 13.4 or later
  • Customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude
  • Being tech savvy is desirable
  • Available to work the specified shift pattern: 1.5 hours Monday, 1.5 hours Wednesday, 1.5 hours Friday (4.5 hours per week total) in Kilkenny, with potential travel to different stores within the zone
  • Available to start as soon as possible and no leave authorised in December due to busy Christmas period

Responsibilities

  • Provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within retail stores
  • Merchandise product to visual merchandising guidelines
  • Put out deliveries of new stock
  • Maintain housekeeping standards
  • Set up promotional activities
  • Work with host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales
  • Use apps for smooth operations, working alongside a Team Leader for coaching and support
  • Complete full shifts during store opening hours (flexible start/finish times)
