Bilingual Spanish and English speakers may receive additional starting pay. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but no sales experience is required as training and coaching are provided. A consultative sales approach, drive, passion for helping people, flexibility, and openness to change in a fast-paced environment are key.
