Requirements

Master proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
Expert proficiency in Financial Analysis and Financial Accounting Controls
Strong understanding of digital business models, preferably retail media, adtech, or e-commerce
Proficiency in Excel/Sheets; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus
Experience interpreting performance metrics: CPC, CPM, ROAS, CTR, fill rate, margin, contribution profit

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models for Retail Media (revenue, profitability, cost structures, forecast scenarios)
Conduct revenue analysis for key retail media products (onsite search, display, sponsored products, offsite media, audience monetization)
Perform budgeting and forecasting cycles, including variance analysis and scenario planning
Evaluate product economics and propose pricing strategies to improve margin and competitiveness
Support P&L oversight for retail media operations, including monthly close support and financial controls
Analyze campaign and advertiser performance to understand revenue drivers and recommend optimization levers
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Ops, AdTech) to align financial implications with strategic initiatives
Prepare financial dashboards, trackers, and reports for leadership, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights
Identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities across the retail media value chain
Provide data-driven recommendations to influence roadmap decisions, investment planning, and commercial strategies
