Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in commercial strategy, sales operations, business development, or related roles
  • Strong proficiency in pipeline analysis, commercial modeling, and opportunity assessment
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, account planning, and go-to-market frameworks
  • Ability to turn data, insights, and performance metrics into clear commercial recommendations
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related fields

Responsibilities

  • Support the Commercial Lead in defining and executing go-to-market plans for priority categories, advertisers, and retail media products (onsite, offsite, sponsored products, audiences, branded content, etc.)
  • Analyze customer, market, and sales performance data to identify revenue opportunities, advertiser needs, and category trends
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, product, ad operations, finance, marketing) to ensure alignment on commercial objectives and delivery
  • Prepare commercial materials including business cases, pricing sheets, pitch decks, and client-facing proposals
  • Track commercial KPIs such as pipeline, revenue performance, fill rate, campaign performance, and progress against sales targets
  • Manage follow-ups, risks, dependencies, and action plans across commercial initiatives
  • Support development of strategic value propositions, category narratives, and growth plans for key advertisers
  • Facilitate internal communication to ensure clarity, visibility, and timely decision-making across commercial stakeholders
