Requirements

  • Capability to manage budgets, including store payroll and department budgets
  • Project management skills for initiatives like product launches, POS rollouts, and IT upgrades
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities for corporate and field teams
  • Analytical skills for sales analysis meetings and tactical action development
  • Experience partnering with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, HR, Training, IT, and Loss Prevention

Responsibilities

  • Lead the company-owned retail business in Brazil to ensure growth and profitability
  • Meet and/or exceed financial targets through sales and P&L management
  • Partner with the International Retail team (US) and manage local Buying, Planning, and Allocations team for product placement, inventory, sales execution, and stock elimination
  • Execute US retail standards and develop/implement standardized store processes
  • Oversee staff recruitment, development, and training programs in partnership with HR
  • Evaluate and improve Store Operations systems, procedures, new store openings, and business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish communication goals and strategies for Field/Store distribution
  • Promote brand integrity through consistent communication and leadership
  • Partner with Visual Department on visual standards development and maintenance
  • Direct store payroll and department budgets
  • Serve as Field business project leader and mentor on companywide store initiatives
  • Manage special projects including product launches/expansions, new POS hardware rollouts, and related documentation
  • Work with IT on store hardware/software upgrades, rollouts, training materials, and user guides
  • Lead, coach, and mentor corporate retail and field teams
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, seasonal sales analysis meetings to drive tactical sales actions
  • Partner with country management for retail growth and development
  • Build a culture of respect, effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork
