Experience leading retail teams, including Store Field and Corporate Merchandising Teams

Experience in new store openings, standardized processes, and visual merchandising standards

Responsibilities
Lead the company-owned retail business in Brazil to ensure growth and profitability
Meet and/or exceed financial targets through sales and P&L management
Partner with the International Retail team (US) and manage local Buying, Planning, and Allocations team for product placement, inventory, sales execution, and stock elimination
Execute US retail standards and develop/implement standardized store processes
Oversee staff recruitment, development, and training programs in partnership with HR
Evaluate and improve Store Operations systems, procedures, new store openings, and business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish communication goals and strategies for Field/Store distribution
Promote brand integrity through consistent communication and leadership
Partner with Visual Department on visual standards development and maintenance
Direct store payroll and department budgets
Serve as Field business project leader and mentor on companywide store initiatives
Manage special projects including product launches/expansions, new POS hardware rollouts, and related documentation
Work with IT on store hardware/software upgrades, rollouts, training materials, and user guides
