Responsibilities

  • Complete a series of placements within the South London region, progressing every 6 months with increasing accountability
  • Deal with management issues such as disciplinaries and grievances
  • Manage rota planning and holidays
  • Take responsibility for store operations during placements, contributing to store management
  • Work towards becoming an operations manager in a large store or manager of an express store after 2 years
