Responsibilities

  • Complete a series of placements within the East Scotland region (West Dundee), progressing every 6 months with increasing accountability
  • Deal with management issues such as disciplinaries and grievances
  • Manage rota planning and holidays
  • Take responsibility for store operations during placements, building towards managing your own store
  • Contribute to store management in various formats as part of Asda's growth ambitions
  • Work collaboratively in a values-led organisation, focusing on colleagues, customers, and communities
