Responsibilities

Complete a series of placements within the East Scotland region (West Dundee), progressing every 6 months with increasing accountability
Deal with management issues such as disciplinaries and grievances
Manage rota planning and holidays
Take responsibility for store operations during placements, building towards managing your own store
Contribute to store management in various formats as part of Asda's growth ambitions
Work collaboratively in a values-led organisation, focusing on colleagues, customers, and communities
