Candidates should have prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred, and the ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally, as well as the ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for short periods of time.
The Customer Service Specialist will greet customers, proactively understand their needs, create an exceptional shopping experience, serve as a primary customer service provider, provide register coverage, assist with scheduling and workflow, uphold merchandising standards, promote company programs, adhere to company policies, maintain confidentiality, create an inclusive store environment, and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
