  • Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting above the head
  • Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
  • Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds (Stock/Logistics Only)

Responsibilities

  • Keep the customer experience quick, easy and fun while helping customers uncover great deals
  • Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers, taking them to fitting rooms, sorting and returning clothing to the floor
  • Share knowledge of fashion, upcoming events, Nordstrom gift cards, Nordstrom Rewards™ program and mailing list
  • Keep stockrooms organized and complete all inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
  • Work with the team to ensure the sales floor stays "runway ready" through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day
