Prior experience of building, repairing, and selling bicycles preferred
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour)

Responsibilities

Build and repair bikes in accordance with established procedures
Assist with the assembly of exercise equipment as needed
Provide passionate customer service and sell through customer engagement in the Bike Department
Provide strong product recommendations based on personal experiences, industry research, and trends aligned to customer needs
Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation and signage in the Bike Department
Demonstrate genuine interaction with customers to show passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment
Promote company programs including warranty sales, Scorecard (loyalty program), private-label credit cards, and seasonal promotions
Achieve sales goals through selling bikes and related merchandise
Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures
Maintain confidentiality of all Company information
Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
