Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent (GED)
- Some relevant experience, needs some skills developed through training or work
- Absolute customer-focus
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Good verbal communication and approachable demeanor
- Attention to detail – especially where product quality is concerned
- Dedication to keeping work environment safe, respectful, and fun
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and may bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently
- Tolerance for typical retail store environment (varied temperatures), outside weather conditions, and low to moderate noise levels
Responsibilities
- Works independently to bake, fry, package, display and stock products
- Ensure that the shift contributes to the financial best interest of the store
- Complete all other duties as assigned in a timely manner
