Responsibilities

Cashier
Process member purchases courteously, including verifying/renewing/upgrading memberships, scanning merchandise, and accepting payments
Provide excellent member service efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of the front-line department
Member Sales Ambassador
Execute Acquisition 365, renew/upgrade memberships, cross-sell My BJs Perks
Handle merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups, and general customer service inquiries
Provide excellent and efficient member service
Online Order Filler Omni Experience Ambassador
Perform general warehouse activities: pull merchandise from pick list, break down merchandise, build/shrink-wrap packages
Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area
Use handheld scanner to verify counts and update locations
Operate equipment and support digital initiatives (BOPIC, BOPIC Fresh, Curbside, Express Pay, Ship from Club)
Produce Clerk
Sort, display, remove, and replenish fresh fruits and vegetables
Maintain department environment through product knowledge and customer service
Ensure produce meets/exceeds company quality standards
Bakery Clerk
Proof and bake unfinished bakery goods using ovens/equipment per product handling info
Unpack freezer goods and display per production chart, following safe handling/storage
Maintain cleaning and safety standards in bakery department
Deli Clerk
Slice, package, weigh, and sell deli products (meats, cheeses)
Maintain presentation and cleanliness of deli and display cases
Provide assistance to members in deli department
Meat Cutter/Butcher
Receive, rotate, cut, wrap, and merchandise fresh/processed meats (including grinds)
Assist in merchandising seafood, prepared foods, cheeses
