Capability to deliver front-line phone, email, and system dashboard support on resupply products, explaining requirements in an easy-to-understand manner, including summarizing insurance coverage/limitations
Knowledge of ongoing system support for Respiratory Health insurance and payer changes, with ability to share internally
Ability to properly identify resupply types for correct billing, collaborating with internal billing teams
Proficiency in utilizing multiple systems, investigation techniques, and problem-solving skills for first-time resolution with speed and accuracy
Detail-oriented processes, adhering to prescription and insurance requirements
Reliable, ethical, caring traits; ability to build relationships, lean on colleagues' expertise, hold each other accountable, and speak up on insights or improvements

Responsibilities

Provide accurate, adaptable, and efficient prescription processing, order placement, backorder fulfillment, shipping discrepancies resolution, customer returns, customer inquiries, and other customer/patient requests
Set up new accounts, document service requirements, maintain records, and prepare customer-required reports
Interface with customers/patients, healthcare teams, insurance representatives, account executives, or internal departments to complete resupply requests for respiratory equipment
Deliver front-line phone, email, and system dashboard support on resupply products
Learn and share ongoing updates on Respiratory Health insurance and payer changes internally for automated processing
Identify resupply types for correct billing and collaborate with internal billing teams
Employ investigation techniques and problem-solving for first-time resolution on each request
Adhere to detail-oriented processes per prescription and insurance requirements
