Responsibilities

Controlar o planeamento, a execução e o controlo de toda as actividades relacionadas com as instalações mecânicas e sanitárias do projeto
Assegurar que as instalações mecânicas e sanitárias são executadas em conformidade com os regulamentos e mantidas em bom estado de conservação, de acordo com as normas estabelecidas de qualidade, segurança e eficiência
Gerir os subempreiteiros para otimizar a rentabilidade do projeto, controlando a apresentação e o acompanhamento das fichas de aprovação de materiais, acompanhando a evolução dos trabalhos e elaborando os autos de medição dos diferentes subempreiteiros
Analisar as diferentes propostas e estabelecer comparações técnicas e económicas
Elaborar propostas de trabalhos adicionais e reclamações junto do cliente
Manter relações com o dono da obra e/ou fiscalização, defendendo os interesses e propostas da ACCIONA, assegurando a plena satisfação com a execução do contrato, o cumprimento das normas exigidas e dos acordos alcançados
Elaborar e defender perante o dono da obra os boletins de medição das especialidades sob a sua responsabilidade
Participar ativamente na compatibilização das instalações com as diferentes especialidades e obras civis, a fim de alcançar as melhores soluções
Executar as partes do projeto atribuídas dentro da sua unidade de negócios/departamento, de acordo com os procedimentos estabelecidos, para facilitar o cumprimento dos prazos e coordenar os recursos necessários (humanos e materiais), promovendo melhorias significativas
Gerenciar contratos e obter as autorizações e licenças necessárias, preparar estimativas de orçamento, planejar e corrigir as fases de construção, supervisionar as atividades de subcontratados e funcionários subordinados ou operários, verificar o progresso alcançado e a qualidade do trabalho durante todas as fases do projeto, representar a empresa em assuntos pertinentes
