  • De formation supérieure transport/logistique
  • Expérience significative d’au moins 5 ans sur un poste similaire
  • Connaissance du secteur de l'agroalimentaire (un plus)
  • Fort leadership, agilité, capacité à prendre des décisions rapides, présence terrain et disponibilité auprès des équipes
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (pack office, SAP..)

Responsibilities

  • Manager l’ensemble de l’équipe des Chauffeurs livreurs PL sur l’entrepôt (10 chauffeurs) et être proche des équipes sur le terrain
  • Veiller au bon déroulement et à l’optimisation des tournées de livraison en termes de sécurité, qualité, coûts et délais
  • Garantir la cohérence des plannings de livraison (saisons, jours fériés, absences…)
  • Assurer les reporting d’activité pour mettre en place les plans d’actions permettant d’optimiser la qualité de service client
  • Veiller au bon état du matériel roulant, contrôler l'équipement mis à disposition des chauffeurs (tenues et équipements individuels de protection, transpalettes, diables…)
  • Animer et être garant de la politique sécurité sur site
  • Participer au recrutement et au développement des compétences de ses collaborateurs
  • Veiller au bon respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité des denrées alimentaires et de la maîtrise de la chaîne du froid, conformément à la norme ISO 22000
