  • Proven ability to manage complex partnerships involving multiple stakeholders, from negotiation to execution
  • Keen business acumen and analytical mindset, with the ability to model profitability analyses and evaluate ROI
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable influencing senior executives and VPs
  • Strategic mindset capable of linking business objectives to implementation and navigating ambiguity with confidence
  • Strong organizational and project management skills — able to juggle multiple initiatives while staying focused on results
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or commerce technology ecosystems is a major asset
  • Mastery of English as the working language

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic partners with significant commercial potential and long-term value creation opportunities
  • Identify, evaluate, and structure new partnership opportunities in line with Lightspeed's strategic objectives and commercial positioning
  • Negotiate complex commercial agreements that balance innovation, scalability, and profitability
  • Develop and implement joint go-to-market strategies with partners, from planning to execution, launch, and ongoing performance measurement
  • Lead strategic reviews with partner executives to assess success, align priorities, and define growth initiatives for the next phase
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to operationalize partnerships and ensure flawless execution
  • Track and report on partnership performance, emphasizing ROI, pipeline influence, and market impact
  • Represent Lightspeed externally at industry events, trade shows, and ecosystem gatherings as a credible and consultative voice in commerce technology
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying partnership opportunities that strengthen Lightspeed's value proposition and competitive positioning
