Bac professionnel or Bac+2
Permis poids lourd (CE) + ADR + citerne + produits pétroliers
2 to 3 years experience in an operational environment (aviation, fuel, logistics, etc.)
Experience in team supervision and site management
Mastery of aeronautical fuel operations
Knowledge of fuel management systems (asset)
Understanding of QHSSE issues and risk management
Results-oriented, sense of initiative
Collaborative leadership and ability to motivate teams
Analytical mindset, rigor, and clear communication
Ability to manage change and influence positively
Fluent French

Responsibilities

Ensure interim for the Station Director in their absence
Implement QHSSE standards on designated sites
Apply technical and quality policies according to industry standards
Supervise storage and fueling operations
Manage operational teams: training, support, evaluation
Manage aviation fuel stocks and ensure their quality
Actively participate in audits (JIG, internal, etc.)
Represent WFS to airport authorities, airlines, and partners
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize results
Contribute to site growth while ensuring operational stability
