Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with global business objectives
  • Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve performance goals and SLAs
  • Collaborate with international project teams and external clients to understand staffing needs
  • Supervise end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate search to onboarding
  • Ensure compliance with Peruvian labor laws and international hiring standards
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and implement continuous improvements for selection efficiency and candidate experience
  • Develop and maintain robust reporting systems to track recruitment performance, training results, and assignment success rates
  • Generate periodic reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and external clients to support strategic decisions
  • Identify, establish, and manage relationships with strategic partners (local agencies, training institutions, government bodies, sector associations)
  • Negotiate and administer collaboration agreements to support recruitment goals and service quality
  • Collaborate with partners for access to specialized talent sources, co-organize recruitment events, and stay updated on market trends
  • Coordinate with training institutions and partners to provide job-specific, language, and cultural training for candidates
  • Supervise training quality and ensure alignment with international client expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for recruitment escalations and strategic discussions
  • Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top market talent
  • Execute assigned project parts within the unit/department according to established procedures, coordinating necessary resources and driving significant improvements
