Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Définir les exigences en matière de contenu éducatif, en consultation avec des experts internes, afin de soutenir le développement des principales compétences liées au MRO chez nos clients
  • Faire des recherches sur les personas clients pour comprendre ce qui les motive à en apprendre davantage sur le produit MaintainX
  • Utiliser des modèles tels qu’ADDIE et SAM pour développer du contenu pédagogique qui aide les clients à adopter les nouvelles fonctionnalités et les fonctionnalités existantes de MaintainX
  • Gérer le pipeline de localisation pour le contenu éducatif
  • Effectuer régulièrement des audits des canaux éducatifs, tels que MaintainX Academy et la bibliothèque vidéo MaintainX, afin d’identifier le contenu nécessitant des mises à jour
  • Développer et exécuter une stratégie de maintenance du contenu alignée sur la feuille de route du produit et sur l’engagement/impact des clients
  • Contribuer à définir la feuille de route de la formation client en collaboration avec votre équipe élargie
  • Fournir des conseils aux autres membres de l’équipe de formation client en matière de conception de curriculum et de contenu
