Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in test prep
  • At least 3 years of direct experience with the SAT/PSAT Reading and Writing test
  • 2 years of experience developing exercise practice content
  • Proven ability to create high-quality educational content
  • Experience expanding high school ELA courses aligned to CCSS or other state standards
  • Experience with content management systems
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Product, Programs, Districts, and Marketing
  • Experience representing a team in meetings with external partners

Responsibilities

  • Expand test prep offerings (mainly SAT/PSAT Reading and Writing, and potentially Math)
  • Expand high school ELA courses aligned to CCSS or other state standards
  • Develop new passages, standards-aligned exercises, assessment items, and articles
  • Conduct reviews and provide feedback on content drafted by contractors
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams on course-related tasks
  • Refine systems and processes for test prep content creation and maintenance
  • Represent the test prep team in meetings with external partners
  • Learn and use the content management system to expand and improve existing courses
  • Triage and respond to user feedback and data in test prep courses
