Responsibilities
- Support the France finance manager in general accounting tasks such as booking FNPs/CCA and payroll journal entries
- Help reconcile the balance sheet regularly and ensure the French activity has an appropriate and functioning financial control environment
- Take responsibility for booking specific invoices, including intercompany invoices, partner commission invoices for Esendex, payroll withholdings, etc
- Assist the France finance manager in monthly reporting
- Assist the France finance manager with year-end accounts and audit
- Help prepare and finalize monthly results (consisting of P&L, balance sheet) and accompanying commentary
- Work in collaboration with the group finance team to finalize the monthly accounts review
- Calculate VAT and European Services Declarations every month
- Prepare bi-weekly reports on customer receivables and review major overdue amounts with customer accounting and sales
- Prepare and submit cash flow forecasts
- Prepare quarterly statements for business partners
- Prepare and enter payroll journal entries (with HR team support)
- Perform other administrative and financial tasks as needed
