Requirements

  • Expérience commerciale confirmée (minimum 5 ans), avec des résultats tangibles en développement de chiffre d’affaires
  • Idéalement issu(e) du secteur médical, mais ouverture à d’autres environnements techniques (copieurs, robotique, technologies…)
  • Connaissance du bloc opératoire : un atout majeur

  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et forte autonomie terrain (déplacements fréquents, environ 80 %)

  • Expérience préalable dans la vente de dispositifs médicaux, idéalement en orthopédie ou traumatologie (souhaitée)
  • Capacité à collaborer dans un environnement d’équipe mixte composé de profils juniors et séniors (souhaitée)
  • Goût pour l’apprentissage continu et l’amélioration technique (formations, co-travel, cadavre labs) (souhaitée)

Responsibilities

  • Développer les ventes de la gamme Traumatologie (plaques, clous, fixateurs externes, clou Gamma, etc.) sur le secteur attribué
  • Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux comptes tout en consolidant la relation avec le portefeuille existant
  • Analyser les besoins clients et proposer des solutions techniques et économiques adaptées
  • Réaliser les démonstrations produits et accompagner les chirurgiens au bloc opératoire
  • Participer activement aux appels d’offres et aux négociations commerciales jusqu’à la conclusion du contrat
  • Assurer le suivi des commandes et la coordination logistique en lien avec les équipes internes
  • Contribuer au reporting de l’activité commerciale et aux réunions d’équipe
