Requirements

Assist with oversight of staff and maintaining staffing levels to grid
Ensure all shifts are staffed and can accommodate program capacity
Participate in recruitment activities including posting positions, hiring, and onboarding new staff
Complete introductory and annual evaluations
Ensure patients attend group sessions and documentation is entered if absent
Oversee patient rounds entry into medical records and provide RCS training on rounding
Ensure medication protocols are followed and action plans created for Qstatim entries
Provide direct cognitive behavioral and other therapeutic services to patients per clinical standards
Support clinical staff in orienting to assessment, treatment, and discharge planning for CBT patients
Maintain consistent service delivery for CBT patients per standards of care
Develop program materials (handouts, fact sheets, manuals) with manager/director
Participate in weekly supervision sessions and ongoing communication with manager/director on clinical issues
Offer ongoing training, support, and coaching to staff on CBT model
Participate in Rogers’ program research activities
Document clinical supervision and assure completeness of treatment plans, hierarchies, psychosocial info, and medical records
Conduct periodic record audits for CBT patient documentation
Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
Communicate with aftercare providers for continuity of care
Communicate with Utilization Review for payment facilitation
Establish/maintain communication with clinical supervisors on CBT programming
Involve with managed care companies and coordinate with utilization review as needed
Maintain updated knowledge of policies/procedures for patient/employee safety, emergency/evacuation plans
Complete daily safety rounds (rounds board, sanitation, RCC/CBRF codes, door locks, alarms)
Complete maintenance reports
Complete documents and Qstatim for injuries to employees/visitors and respond appropriately
Maintain updated knowledge in life-sustaining techniques and emergency first aid
Maintain safety and confidentiality of patients and records
Monitor resident safety, evaluate behaviors, communicate to staff, intervene appropriately
Use knowledge of dangerous behavior indicators
Report pertinent data to physician/treatment team verbally/in writing and discern immediate vs. post attention needs

Work with program manager/Director of Clinical Services to oversee residents’ care, programming, activities, and services for physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
Perform supervisory duties under direction of manager/director
