Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update all residential leads in HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-up
  • Prepare, review, and process sales contracts and documentation
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, reporting, and pipeline management
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and conversion trends
  • Maintain communication between sales, operations, and management teams to ensure project accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee internal workflows, ensuring efficiency and accountability throughout the sales cycle
  • Provide leadership and direction in managing sales administration processes and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Play a key role in training new sales representatives, ensuring they understand SES processes, systems, and customer service standards
