Responsibilities

  • Recruit, mentor, retain, lead, coach, and inspire culinary and retail teams to exceed performance expectations and foster positive culture
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and create development plans
  • Lead engaging cooking classes and private events to create memorable experiences, inspire loyalty, and increase foot traffic
  • Represent brand/culture, ensure outstanding class execution, and maintain customer-focused culture in kitchen and retail
  • Oversee and address all customer feedback related to the culinary program
  • Develop/implement sales strategies, analyze daily KPIs, and meet/exceed culinary/retail goals
  • Manage daily operations, inventory, expenses, minimize shrink, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
