Responsibilities

Recruit, mentor, retain, lead, coach, and inspire culinary and retail teams to exceed performance expectations and foster positive culture
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and create development plans
Lead engaging cooking classes and private events to create memorable experiences, inspire loyalty, and increase foot traffic
Represent brand/culture, ensure outstanding class execution, and maintain customer-focused culture in kitchen and retail
Oversee and address all customer feedback related to the culinary program
Develop/implement sales strategies, analyze daily KPIs, and meet/exceed culinary/retail goals
Manage daily operations, inventory, expenses, minimize shrink, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
