Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Products and experience working independently in a fast-paced environment are also necessary.
The Property Claims Adjuster will manage the end-to-end contents claim handling process, including investigation, coverage analysis, and adherence to estimating best practices. They will conduct virtual inspections, evaluate contents using pricing software, and collaborate with the Large Loss team and vendor partners for various aspects of claim handling. Responsibilities also include preparing and maintaining file documentation, identifying potential subrogation and fraudulent issues, negotiating settlements, and providing updates to all stakeholders. The role requires a commitment to superior customer service and contributing to continuous process improvement.
