Responsibilities

  • Lead Brand Health, NPS, and CES research initiatives on an ongoing basis for Singapore, Pakistan, and beyond
  • Lead other customer and consumer research initiatives for current markets and potential new global markets as required
  • Fulfill monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting requirements for Brand Health, CES, and NPS programs
  • Discover and understand stakeholder research needs
  • Formulate well-thought-out research plans
  • Build clear, efficient, but realistic project timelines and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Manage vendor relationships if applicable
  • Build business-relevant analysis plans
  • Go beyond the obvious to investigate data from different lenses and uncover deep underlying insights
  • Write clear analytical storylines and build appropriate visualizations to bring insights to life
  • Present insights in a clear and engaging manner to stakeholders to inspire actions
  • Build syntheses of earnings from internal research and external sources
  • Build and maintain best practices in brand, communication, and experience measurement
  • Contribute to the monthly Research and Trends newsletter
  • Support the Research and Trends team to build thought leadership within and outside Circles.Life (e.g., research newsletter, research synthesis, external research thought leadership blog)
  • Work closely with commercial, partnership, product, and marketing managers to uncover unique competitive insights into current and prospect customers that drive business outcomes
