The Represented Casualty Manager oversees all claim processing and management activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient claim processing through performance management, coaching, and guidance. They manage daily operations for assigned claims staff, coach employees in claim review and settlement, oversee claim files, build a high-performing staff, and improve technical expertise. The role involves monitoring and authorizing claim reserves, settlements, and payments, leveraging analytics to track performance, and staying informed about relevant legislation and company policies.
