QuoteWell is seeking a rising Environmental Casualty broker to join our team as an Associate Vice President and contribute to the growth of our expanding environmental practice. We are looking for a dynamic broker who understands the industry's challenges and wants to help build innovative solutions. QuoteWell offers a flat structure with limitless opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and new carrier appointments to grow QuoteWell's footprint.
• Support the continued evolution of wholesale operations at QuoteWell.
• Develop, maintain, and cultivate client and agent relationships.
• Solicit, market, quote, bind, and confirm new and existing business.
• Negotiate the best terms and coverages available with accessible markets.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to build solutions to streamline efforts across the full policy lifecycle in the surplus lines space.

Requirements

• Sufficient experience to build a sizable book of business.
• Necessary licenses for appropriate lines of business.
• Strong sales/producer abilities.
• Ability to handle high-volume deals, generating quotes and servicing policies quickly.
• Excellent communication skills (both in-person and written).
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• A natural desire to see things through and a history of being scrappy when it counts.
• Willingness and ability to travel depending on client, agent, and new business needs.
