  • Licenciatura titulada, preferentemente en la Industria farmacéutica
  • 3 años de experiencia como representante de ventas en Hospitales iguales o similares
  • Experiencia cumpliendo cuota de ventas de su territorio
  • Conocimiento en KPI´s (número de hospitales y número de contactos por día)
  • Manejo de presupuesto para Micromarketing
  • Conocimiento en la Ley de Adquisiciones
  • Conocimiento de MS Office
  • Conocimiento de auditorías farmacéuticas de mercado público y privado
  • Conocer el negocio

Responsibilities

  • Promoción de productos en las Instituciones de Salud Públicas y en Hospitales Privados para generar la demanda que permita lograr la cobertura de contratos
  • Cumplir con los objetivos de cobertura de hospitales y contactos por visita
  • Cumplir con los objetivos de cuota de ventas en su territorio
  • Inclusión de productos en hospitales públicos y privados
  • Elaborar, implementar y dar seguimiento a los planes de acción de los hospitales bajo su responsabilidad
  • Utilización adecuada del presupuesto asignado
  • Cumplir el sistema de Gestión de Calidad definido, tal como Buenas Prácticas de Documentación, Integridad de Datos, proceso de retención de registros, capacitaciones asignadas a la posición, participar en auditorías de calidad, entrenamiento básico en farmacovigilancia, etc., según sea requerido
