  • Titulado en Licenciatura en Áreas Económico-Administrativas, Químico-Biológicas o Humanidades
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en el área de Ventas (Farmacias, Mayoreo, OTC, alto consumo)
  • Conocimiento en técnicas de ventas y negociación
  • Conocimiento en auditorías de Venta Interna, ATV, MFP
  • Manejo de paquetería, sistemas y/o instrumentos
  • MS Office, Outlook
  • Inglés
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a los alrededores

Responsibilities

  • Lograr la cobertura de visita a farmacias (AAA, AA, A) y con distribuidores o mayoristas de la ruta a su cargo
  • Mantener una excelente relación comercial tanto con los principales Retailers a su cargo como con sus 150 farmacias
  • Mantener un stock adecuado y acorde a la demanda evitando tener faltantes o sobre inventarios en los puntos de venta a su cargo
  • Realizar promoción y capacitación a empleados de mostrador de las marcas asignadas de acuerdo a la parrilla promocional
  • Realizar la negociación diaria con clientes y distribuidores
  • Trabajar conjuntamente con representantes de visita médica en estrategias que permitan alcanzar los resultados esperados por la empresa mediante proyectos en farmacias como Trade Marketing y desarrollo de nuevos canales de distribución para nuestras marcas
  • Generar demanda a través de obtención de prescripciones y garantizar que el producto se encuentre en la farmacia para su surtido, ofreciendo el mejor servicio a los clientes, para lograr el objetivo de ventas anuales por marca asignada
  • Asegurar una existencia adecuada mediante la colocación y negociación de los productos ABBOTT en las farmacias de su territorio, evitar el cambio de receta mediante un servicio personalizado basado en la capacitación a los dependientes de farmacia, buscando mantener precios competitivos en el mercado para lograr la cuota de ventas de la región en unidades y valores, manteniendo un crecimiento sostenido en la participación de mercado y asegurar la correcta implementación del nuevo modelo comercial
