Responsibilities

Responsible for up to 50 contracted Doctors (Reporters) at any one time
Liaise with Doctors about shift patterns, dropped shifts, and working extra hours
Ensure Doctors have the best reporting experience
Act as the ‘go to’ person for Doctors, their “voice”
Liaise with other departments across Medica to ensure minimal downtime in reporting
Maximise productivity and revenue for the business
Work to KPIs and targets, sometimes under pressure
