Responsibilities

  • Responsible for up to 50 contracted Doctors (Reporters) at any one time
  • Liaise with Doctors about shift patterns, dropped shifts, and working extra hours
  • Ensure Doctors have the best reporting experience
  • Act as the ‘go to’ person for Doctors, their “voice”
  • Liaise with other departments across Medica to ensure minimal downtime in reporting
  • Maximise productivity and revenue for the business
  • Work to KPIs and targets, sometimes under pressure
