Requirements
- MD/DO with board certification in Psychiatry
- Experience treating depression, anxiety and other mental health conditions
- At least two (2) years of telehealth experience
- Willingness to work at least 16 weekend hours
- Proven experience coaching and/or managing clinicians
- Multiple state licenses required; 10 licenses or more preferred
- A team player experienced in helping people at all levels of the care team provide specialty level care to patients

Responsibilities
- Direct patient care including direct management and consultations/escalations
- Administrative responsibilities including chart review, education, protocol planning, development and optimization
- Manage providers on the platform, serve as a lead for quality and professionalism concerns from clinical team as well as key partners
- Serve as point of escalation for clinical consults
- Assume direct management and care of complex patients
- Develop and update training and onboarding materials and provide clinical trainings to the Mental Health team
- Quality Programming and chart review of Mental Health cases
- Available in real time to answer logistic and clinical questions from all members of the care team
- Provide feedback about opportunities to improve quality of care and operational processes
