Requirements

MD/DO with board certification in Psychiatry
Experience treating depression, anxiety and other mental health conditions
At least two (2) years of telehealth experience
Willingness to work at least 16 weekend hours
Multiple state licenses required; 10 licenses or more preferred
Proven experience coaching and/or managing clinicians
Obsessed with delivering high-quality care with a high level of empathy to patients
Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion

Responsibilities

Direct patient care including direct management and consultations/escalations
Administrative responsibilities including chart review, education, protocol planning, development and optimization
Manage providers on the platform, serve as a lead for quality and professionalism concerns from clinical team as well as key partners
Serve as point of escalation for clinical consults
Assume direct management and care of complex patients
Develop and update training and onboarding materials and provide clinical trainings to the Mental Health team
Quality Programming and chart review of Mental Health cases
Available in real time to answer logistic and clinical questions from all members of the care team
Provide feedback about opportunities to improve quality of care and operational processes
