Requirements

  • Minimum A2/TSO diploma or equivalent through experience, preferably in a technical field
  • Experience in performing repairs is a plus
  • Knowledge of technical schematics
  • PC and SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent Dutch (speaking and writing) and good English (speaking and writing)

Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections and repairs on customer tools from the BeNeLux market for brands: Black+Decker, DEWALT, Stanley, Bostitch, Powers, or Facom
  • Diagnose issues on tools
  • Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repair work on tools
  • Utilize internal training and service documentation for repairs
  • Handle administrative tasks: register performed work in SAP, prepare price quotes, close repair orders, and communicate with customers
  • Manage consumed spare parts, ensure correct invoicing, and provide necessary feedback to customers
  • Demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding safety, order & tidiness, and environment
  • Ensure compliance with safety, order & tidiness, and environmental standards
  • Report any accidents, near-misses, or situations posing risks to safety, well-being, health, or the environment
  • Work in a team of about 20 employees and report to the Repair Operations Supervisor
